Alexander is Partner at Arthur Hunt since 2009, bringing in 10 years of experience in HR consulting and research. His experience relates to different business sectors such as: finance, medical care & pharmaceutics, IT & electronics, logistics & forwarding, commerce, media, construction and sub construction, law firms, tax consultants.
Alexander leads the independent sector "Consulting & Coaching" supporting our clients in difficult and critical situations relating to any changes in the company. Frequently asked questions refer to: classical organizational development, strategy, leadership, teambuilding, analysis of behaving and potentials, training, executive business coaching, burn-out prevention, change projects, etc.
Previous experience
Alexander started his career as a lawyer in a leading law firm, switched to culture management and the NGO sector and later concentrated his experiences on various business fields.
Education
Alexander graduated from the University of Vienna in 1977 as doctor in law. Further formation in "culture management" at the University of Linz (1992). Accreditation as business-trainer at the Vienna chamber of commerce in 2004. Systemic constellation work. Founding member of the working group "initiative corporate culture" at the UBIT trace association at the Vienna chamber of commerce (2008). Alexander speaks German, English, French, and Dutch.
