Lenka KOPEČKOVÁ
Senior Consultant
Lenka Kopečkova has over 5 years of experience with Arthur Hunt. She joined the company in March 2005 as a Researcher/Junior Consultant and in 2007 was appointed to Senior Consultant's position. She conducts mid- and senior-level assignments in a number of industries including Manufacturing, Construction, IT and other, with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing roles as well as Technical and Specialist positions.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Lenka worked in the Public sector (Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Customs - a training program of the European Commission and World Customs Organization, specializing in HR Development). Later on she joined an International Consultancy Company (Audit, Taxes, Accounting & Outsourcing) and then worked also for Prague Regional Administration.
Additional Interests & Activities
Lenka is a certified user of Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) assessment method. She is also a member of the Czech Association of Coaches (ČAKO) and is following a coaching training program with Results Systems Coaching company.
Educational Background
Lenka graduated from the faculty of Social Science of the Charles University in Prague. She also completed a Bachelor‘s program of the Institute of International (Area) Studies (IMS). She speaks fluent English and French in addition to her native Czech.
