Individual Assessment :

In a context of change (restructuring, promotion, personal progression, professional mobility, reorganization) or recruitment: this involves measuring an employee's fit with a target profile, helping the business to take a decision and suggesting an action plan (training/support). Or looking for, given the state of the employment market, profiles which have more general qualities such as development potential, ability to learn and change, flexibility etc.

 

Different investigation areas are combined to provide a better assessment of professional knowledge and personal competencies. Our methodology and tools are adapted according to the criteria to be assessed.

 

 

 

 

Collective evaluation :

This is a diagnostic about people and the business which provides an overall assessment of a team, department or business (identify high flyers, know who can be counted on in a merger, optimize the performance of a department, reinforce a team's cohesion and performance etc).

 

The methodology comprises:summary assessment of individuals' available competencies, strengths and weaknesses, potential and complementarity; diagnostic of the organization and ways of working; vision and expectations of everyone regarding structure; estimate of the level of overall performance; proposal of an individual and/or overall action plan in order to improve this performance.
