We individually support directors and managers in improving their skills and in being successful in the different stages of their career progression.
Individual coaching adds value in two ways : the business has better performing and more autonomous directors and managers; the coached person has greater fulfilment in their professional life.
Operational coaching
Requested by the business for a director or a manager, this aims to reinforce a managerial skill, manage a crisis situation, help in the move towards new responsibilities, re-direct a career path etc. Its objectives are precise and measurable, and it is of a limited duration. It progresses through a certain number of stages :
- analysis of context, objectives to be achieved, business issue
- presentation of support process to the person concerned
- evaluation of current performance level, disclosure of development potential, analysis of obstacles, understanding of gaps, validation of motivation for changing
- summary of agreed points and focus areas, presentation to the business
- support in changing: on average, one three hour session per month over 4 to 6 month
- stabilisation, long term development plan, presentation of conclusions to the business
"Executive Coaching" or growth coaching
This concerns supporting a director or a manager in an in-depth personal change process, over the long term (9 to 12 months), with a tailored format allowing unlimited access to a coach. The aim is for continuous improvement of performance and individual progression.
