Amina joined Arthur Hunt Paris in March 2010 as an experienced Research Consultant. She executes recruitment projects across multiple business areas such as Consulting, Information Technology, Finance, Services, Industry and others. In order to achieve the highest possible quality of staffing for key managerial and leadership roles, Amina specializes in "direct approach" of potential candidates to attract the best talent for her clients.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Amina worked as a Junior Consultant in the IT & Consulting Business Unit of Hudson Global Resources. She led the recruitment efforts aimed at filling key IT roles such as Associate Directors, Managers, Senior Consultants, Analysts, or specialist IT functions such as IT Directors, Project Managers, IT Architects, Developers, and others.
Educational Background
Amina graduated from IGS School in Paris, specializing in Management and Human Resources Development, and has since focused her career on recruitment. She is fluent in French and English in addition to her native Arabic.
