Anca SAWAYA
Research Consultant
Anca joined Arthur Hunt Paris in June 2008 as a Senior International Researcher. She conducts mid- and senior-level assignments in a number of different fields including both Services and Industrial sectors, with a particular focus on senior management and executive level roles such as: CEOs, CFOs, Country Managers, Sales Managers, HR Managers, or Technical Directors.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt in Paris, Anca worked as Human Resources Generalist in the Romanian branch of Assystem Group. Her tasks included supporting the growth of the Romanian subsidiary by recruiting and integrating newcomers, developing the human capital by providing and managing professional training plans, managing the administration of the human resources procedures, as well as handling internal and international mobility andsocial relations.
Educational Background
Anca graduated in Literature from the University of Bucharest. She speaks fluent French and English in addition of her native Romanian.
