The founder of the firm Hommes & Technologies, which changed its identity to become Arthur Hunt Consulting in January 2011, Axel has been involved as an expert in employee negotiations both in France and internationally, for more than 20 years.
His knowledge of the social and political issues that companies face in relation to human resources and employee relations gives him a privileged role with major international companies, as regards both the optimisation of their operations in Western Europe and their development in Central Europe. He also assists large public sector bodies.
He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in 1981.

Sylvie joined Arthur Hunt in 2009 as General Manager of recruitment. She leads searches for senior executives in a variety of areas but specialising, in particular, in Industry and Consulting.
Sylvie was a director of several Business Units at HUDSON (IT, Consulting, Marketing and Sales at Hudson France) where, for 10 years , she was also responsible for "back -office" teams. She had previously worked with large organisations e.g. Accenture, PwC and had established an outsourcing enterprise for Human resources, setting up large accounts with the Banking , Pharmaceutical and Food-processing industries.
After two years of « classes preparatoires» in literature, Sylvie transferred to the Institut d'Etudes Politiques and then took simultaneous M.A.`s in French Literature and European Law.

Laurent has a double experience in HR Management at senior level and Consulting. As an HR Executive he worked as well for American and French companies at international level with a focus on transformation (merger, acquisition, turn around). From a recruitment standpoint he started his experience as recruitment manager for a company doing six hundred recruitments per year including sales marketing and technicians. He developed his competencies then by joining a worldwide leading executive search firm.
He specialized in Fast Moving Consumer Goods working for Danone (Marketing, HR, Supply chain) Orangina, Pernod Ricard, Bel, PepsiCo, Kraft…
Laurent started his career in the field as sales rep for Xerox and move then to HR (recruitment). In order to become a generalist he took the opportunity offered by Kraft during the merger with Jacobs Suchard.
His took his first International job as HR Director Europe for the vending business based in the UK. PepsiCo hired him to lead the integration of Biscuiterie Nantaise. Thanks to all these experiences he was offered the position of EVP HR for Club Med to ensure the turn over of the Company.
He then started a career in consulting first as CEO of DBM ( US based leading company in outplacement and assessment) and then joined Russell Reynolds Associates to be a part of the global Consumer goods team.
Laurent joined Arthur Hunt after a LBO experience where he demonstrated his entrepreneur taste.

Corinne joined Arthur Hunt Group in March 2010. She conducts recruitment projects in the areas of finances, HR, accounting and audit. She is also specializing in roles related to communications, media, and research.
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Corinne worked for about 5 years as Chief Financial Officer for Publicis Consultants. She began her work as an auditor at E&Y. Later she became Financial Controller, and subsequently CFO at Ipsos France, and then moved to a subsidiary of Aegis Media France as General Manager in charge of the company's finances.
Corinne has graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris with a specialization in economy and finances. She is also a certified user of the 16PF5 personality questionnaire. She speaks native French and fluent English.

As a Senior Consultant based in Paris office in France, Charles Henri advises numerous clients from practically all industry sectors - mainly in Professional Services, Manufacturing & Industry, Retail & Consumer, Media, Publishing & Advertising, IT & Telecommunications, and Financial Services, but also in Real Estate, Transport & Logistics, Automotive, Public Administration or Education. Due to prior professional experience Charles Henri specializes in positions in Finance, Consultancy, and Audit, but also in General Management and Human Resources.
Upon completing his university education Charles Henri spent 15 years with Arthur Andersen consulting company. Initially he performed the duties of an Auditor, and subsequently he became the Human Resources Director assuming the responsibility for all recruitment and staff management and development issues for Arthur Andersen in France. Following that, in 1991 together with Didier Dreyfous-Ducas he founded an own consultancy firm - Arthur Hunt - specializing in executive search and a range of HR consulting services.

Didier focuses on positions in General Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Administration, Information Systems Management, as well as Corporate Communications.
Prior to founding Arthur Hunt company in 1991, Didier spent 6 years as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Later he also served as Finance Manager and Controller for services and construction companies. Afterward, he became Sales and Marketing Manager, then Corporate Communications Manager, and subsequently, Branch General Manager of Concept S.A., a major information services company. In 1991, together with Charles-Henri de Beauvoir, he co-founded his own consultancy firm - Arthur Hunt - specializing in executive search and a range of HR consulting services.
Didier is a graduate of the Management faculty of Paris Dauphine University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and speaks fluent English in addition to his native French.

She also carries out individual and collective support assignments (Employment centre, Advice and Information Centre etc) in challenging contexts and business sectors (restructuring plan, transfer of business, closures, etc).
