Payroll Manager

The company is providing professional advisory services.


  • Complex processing of payroll agenda for client
  • Leading team of 3-5 consultants
  • Communication with clients (also in foreign languages), with the tax authorities and other state institutions
  • Ensuring preparation and reconciliation payroll data for the client on monthly basis, data processing for payroll accounting
  • Preparing labour related documents (i.e. employment contracts, temporary agreements and other)
  • Providing support to clients with salary and other payroll questions
  • Preparing and reviewing travel expense reports
  • Preparing annual payroll tax reconciliation
  • Ensuring bank payment orders preparation
  • Preparing documents for payroll
  • Reporting according to the individual client requirements
  • Preparing statistical reports
  • Preparing personal income tax returns
  • Having responsibility for the accuracy of payroll
  • Monitoring of legislative changes related to payroll agenda, their implementation and communication to the client
  • Ensuring team management and leadership

Professional profile:

  • University degree (preferably economic background)
  • English – advanced and/or German - advanced
  • Min. 3-5 years of working experience in  payroll
  • MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint a Microsoft Outlook) – advanced
  • Payroll software HUMAN knowledge is an advantage
  • Orientation in payroll
  • Knowledge of Labour Code, and other payroll related Codes
  • Adequate knowledge of tax law
  • Interest in learning and improvement of foreign language
  • Experience in the field of team management and leadership
