The support of a Project Manager
For each assignment, a Project Manager (a director/associate of the Arthur Hunt Group) is appointed to:
- Validate the transition manager's know-how and adaptability
- Ensure that the assignment is carried out in accordance with the customer's expectations
- Help the transition manager achieve his/her goals, responding to the difficulties encountered and his/her queries, using the firm’s know-how (legal, Lean, HR, organisation, etc.)

1. Analysis of the mission's challenges
Purpose of the assignment determined with the customer. We establish the main challenges and the context of the execution of the mission.

2. Action plan
Action plan and phased targets defined, based on discussions between the customer, the transition manager and the project manager.
3. Achieve the mission
Regular progress meetings held during the assignment and attended by the customer, the transition manager and the project manager plus support given to the transition manager.
At the end of the assignment, information and recommendations given to the customer by the transition manager and the project manager.
