Dagmar KLIMTOVÁ
Senior Consultant
Dagmar is a Senior Consultant at Arthur Hunt. She joined the firm at the beginning of 2010 from an advertising business and, due to her earlier professional experience, her primary specialization is in Media, Publishing, Advertising and Marketing as well as in HR management roles. She also conducts projects for a number of other functions and industry sectors including her recent assignments in Construction, Retail, and IT & Telecommunications.
Previous Experience
Dagmar has 9 years of prior experience in providing human resources and talent management expertise as an HR Director in a number of international advertising companies (Leo Burnett Advertising, Arc Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather). She also has experience as Client Service Director (Ogilvy & Mather), having advised her clients on brand building campaigns and strategies. In addition, she had for 7 years served as a member of the management board (at Ogilvy and Leo Burnett).
Educational Background
Dagmar is a graduate of the faculty of Trade of the University of Economics in Prague. She majored in Economics, Marketing, Market Research and English. She speaks very good English in addition to her native Czech.
