Frederique DECHERF
Senior Consultant
Frederique joined Arthur Hunt in Romania in 2008. She is a Senior Consultant specializing in HR advisory services with a special focus on coaching, training, team building and HR audits related to the restructuring of manufacturing plants.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Frederique spent 12 years with UNA organization in Paris, where she performed various HR related responsibilities including her most senior role as an HR Director, in which she gained practice in creating and implementing the HR policies related to recruitment, assessment and training of company employees. Still prior to that she had gained some experience as Parliament Assistant in the Senate in Paris, and as Head of Training at two other institutions.
Educational Background
Frederique holds MA in Social Psychology from the University of Lille in France, and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management & Corporate Social Responsibility from IAE, Paris, as well as an MBA (MAE) from IAE Lille. She speaks native French and advanced English.
