A former employee of DELOITTE Consulting, Sara leads projects in Human Resources, change management and organisation.
Well accustomed to cross-functional projects, she supports our clients on French and International projects with multiple challenges: organisational optimisation / restructuring, mergers / acquisitions, Human Resources efficiency, implementation of information systems, internal and external communication.
She is a graduate of the Rouen ESC (business school) and of Baruch College (NY, USA).
