- We meet with the client to outline the objective of the assignment. All pertinent information is then specified.
- Two consultants suitable for the assignment are selected as quickly as possible
- The client, consultant, and project manager finalise an action plan.
- Specific support is provided by a project manager throughout the entire assignment.
- When the assignment has been completed, the consultant hands over all of the processed information to the client along with their recommendations.
