The assignment process:
  • We meet with the client to outline the objective of the assignment. All pertinent information is then specified.
  • Two consultants suitable for the assignment are selected as quickly as possible
  • The client, consultant, and project manager finalise an action plan.

  • Specific support is provided by a project manager throughout the entire assignment.
  • When the assignment has been completed, the consultant hands over all of the processed information to the client along with their recommendations.
The Project Manager plays an essential role that includes:
  • Ensuring that the assignment is being carried out in compliance with the customer’s requirements.
  • Providing both technical and basic support to transition managers.
  • Providing the transition manager with additional experience if needed, for a team effort in handling complicated situations.
  • Helping clients meet their objectives.
