Judit HÁMORI
Senior Consultant
Judit has a proven track record as a Senior Consultant in human resources selection services. Before joining Arthur Hunt Group in January 2011, she used to work at another international recruitment agency. Judit is highly experienced in all industrial segments and successfully completed several mid- and senior-level assignments. She is particularly experienced in the fields of Finance and Banking.
Previous Experience
Judit had spent 3 years working as an Organizational Development Trainer, focusing mainly on soft skills development, before moving to human resources consulting in 2000. She spent 10 significant years at Recruitment International Hungary, listed amongst the top ten selection services companies. Having experience in these two fields of human resources services, she can adopt a complex way of thinking, and is skilful in the identification and usage of synergies. This attitude allows her to achieve prominent success at her work.
Additional Interests & Activities
Judit is a professional trainer in communication and presentation skills. She is also an active member of the Hungarian Psychodrama Association as a psychodrama therapist.
Educational Background
Judit graduated from the faculty of Psychology of Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Work & Organizational Psychology at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. She speaks native Hungarian and fluent English.
