Júlia SZŰCS
Senior Consultant
Julia joined Arthur Hunt Group in 2006. Since then, she has worked on several mid and top management direct search assignments, initially as a Researcher, and later as an independent Consultant. From 2008, she is also responsible for Management Assessment services - providing an in-depth evaluation of managerial competencies for selection (Assessment Centers), development (Development Centers) and HR audit assignments. She is a certified user of Hogan tests, and is familiar with a variety of further psychometric tools.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Julia has gained some experience within a training company, and she was also acitive in a university student association, coordinating conference organizing teams, and participating in international projects.
Educational Background
Julia graduated in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University. Later she gained a Trainer's certificate for tutoring communication and interpersonal skills. In 2012, she is expecting a postgraduate degree in Work & Organizational Psychology at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. She speaks native Hungarian, fluent English and German, and conversational Russian and French.
