Júlia SZŰCS
Senior Consultant
Julia joined Arthur Hunt Group in 2006. She worked on several mid and top management direct search assignments, initially as a Researcher, and later as an independent Consultant. From 2008 she has been responsible for Management Assessment services - providing an in-depth evaluation of managerial competencies for selection (Assessment Centers), development (Development Centers) and HR audit assignments. Since 2011 she is also a certified user of Hogan tests.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, Julia followed an internship within a training company. As a member of a student association, she also took active part in conference organization and participated in several international events.
Additional Interests & Activities
Julia is an active member of the Hungarian Psychological Association, and regularly writes psychology related articles for printed and online media. In 2010 she was part of a team of volunteers organizing the OD World Summit in Budapest.
Educational Background
Julia obtained her degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University. Later she gained a Trainer's certificate for tutoring communication and interpersonal skills. Currently she is attending the Budapest University of Technology and Economics for a postgraduate degree in Work & Organizational Psychology. She speaks native Hungarian, fluent English and German, and conversational Russian and French.
