Katarína BITTALOVÁ
Senior Consultant
Mrs. Bittalová has a long-term experience in the field of personnel-consulting services in local and international area as well. In 2012, she joined Arthur Hunt at the position of Senior Consultant. She has extensive experience in management and project implementation in the field of executive search for top level and specialized management in industrial technologies, manufacturing, finance, logistics and services.
Previous Experience
Katarína started her professional career 10 years ago at the company Lugera & Maklér at the position of Assistant of Senior Consultant. Gradually, she attained the position of Senior Head-Hunter, where she was responsible for HR consulting, outplacement and assessment centers; as well as for the start up of HR processes in the area of investments in Slovakia. Mrs. Bittalová was in charge of direct acquisition of new clients and existing CRM.
She actively participated on marketing activities of the company in several chambers of commerce, providing contributions in print and television media as well as communicating with the municipalities, potential investors and representatives of education.
Additional Interests & Activities
Mrs. Bittalová is a member of American Chamber of Commerce, France Chamber of Commerce and SR International Club.
Educational Background
She acquired MBA title at the City University Bellevue, USA in Trenčín, specializing in general management. During her professional career she completed her education with trainings in the area of behavioral management techniques and management objectives.
Mrs. Bittalová has fluent English, speaks German and has basic knowledge of Italian language.
