I. Overview:
Our Client is leading the payroll market in the World and provides payroll and Human Resource services to clients looking for outsourcing solutions. Our Client is launching a new offer serving payroll and HR services to multinational clients, on a single platform, based on SAP HCM suite.
Role objective:
As a member of our clients Implementation team, ensure, on a local scope (cluster or country), that project is implemented in compliance to our client's methodology and realized according to predetermined time, quality, costs and profit criteria. The place of work is Frankfurt or Stuttgart, Germany.
II. Responsibilities:
- Ensure country project management according to predetermined methodology and internal standards
- - Ensure compliancy to internal methodology of our client
- - Make proposals to client to reduce discrepancies with proposed methodology
- - Supervise timely issuing, maintenance and refreshment of all project deliveries (blue-prints, project and user documentation and information including SAP internal systems)
- Ensure definition of functional needs and compliancy to methodology
- - Supervise the workshop for gathering requirements
- - Follow-up writing of the blueprints to gather client business requirements
- - Deliver proposals on client procedures in order to optimize proposed solution
- - Identify gaps and propose corrective measures
- Manage, during project, team of consultants
- - Define and supervise tasks
- - Define objectives ensure assessment
- - Act as escalation point
- Ensure a qualitative management of client relationship (local scope)
- - Provide recommendation to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product use
- - Manage client's expectations during project
- - Deliver proposals on client's procedures in order to optimize proposed solution
- Escalate project issues to Project Manager (including scope variations, tasks slippages and risks)
- Ensure handover to Client Service Team
- - Define and agree with client service manager on planning and resource allocation
- - Ensure handover is effective according to internal procedure

2. Experience / skills:
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant on SAP HR payroll
- Good understanding of Country (1 or +), State and Enterprise legislation as it relates to the design and configuration of payroll
- Experienced in project management
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Appropriate tertiary level education or equivalent industry experience
- Management skills
- Ability to configure the entire SAP Payroll for one country including the following:
Writing of Schemas and Cycles (understanding of splits and factoring, country-specific SAP functionality) GL Interface configuration Pay slip and Time Statement configuration Data uploads Unit testing, User acceptance testing and Parallel NB : Time Management (Including Leave, Positive time evaluation, TMW and CATS) is a +
