Search process
Research: Regarding the urgency and importance of this placement we recommend a multilevel search process - more implements can be combined on demand:

Interviews with potential candidates: Those interviews are the centerpiece of the selection process in order to focus and check the candidates' strengths, weaknesses and intentions. Those interviews will be completed by an analysis of the curriculum vitae and the references and, on demand, by further professional investigations.
At customer's wish the selection process can be completed by an assessment center.
Interim report: We will regularly keep you informed about the progression of the process, the results of the research and present to you the first potential candidates.
Final report: The final report contains the presentation of qualified candidates as well as a summary of our activities and a short market analysis.
Execution of the contract and project conclusion
We would like to accompany you in the contract negotiations and will assist you in the preparation of the contract. We offer you a continuous coaching after the project conclusion, i.e. we will accompany you and your new employee during the first "man-year".
