Laurent joined Arthur Hunt as Senior Consultant, he specializes in Talent, Leadership and Business Development. Laurent has 20 years of experience in Machinery Industry. He started as an operator on an assembly line in France and Germany (Gregoire), quickly advanced to aftersales service and training of technicians (Manitou). As Platform Marketing Manager (FIAT headquarter in Turin) he merged several brands and teams across Europe and North America. Later, he became Business Director at Bobcat Doosan where he created and managed a training center in CZ for EAME & Russian distributor`s staff. In 2018, he founded the "International Association for Managers - Potential" in Prague. Laurent has a degree in Engineering in agriculture & food transformation (France - Erasmus in Spain) and is entitled "High Performance Team - Deep Coach" from Erickson Coaching International.

Katarína joined our Prague-based team in December 2020 as a Leadership, Talent and Transformation Consultant with her 21 years of professional experience in management training, coaching, competency modelling, facilitating strategic or problem-solving workshops from bottom to Board levels of organizations.
She is responsible for identifying and responding to leadership and transformation needs of clients – let them be companies, their teams or individual professionals. She has supported clients in various countries of Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. She has experience with diverse industries, such as automotive, banking, building, energy, FMCG, logistics or IT as well as diverse cultures. Katarína leads her clients from initial assessments, psychodiagnostics, through co-creation of the solution with the client, its implementation and follow-up. These solutions range from a single service for an individual to complex long term development and transformation solutions for whole companies. She can also support your Onboarding or Outplacement Process, Assessment and Development Centres, Training of trainers and/or Facilitators.
Katarína has a Master’s degree from UK in Bratislava and Prague and is multilingual – in addition to her native Slovak and Hungarian she speaks fluent Czech, English, and some Russian and German.

Andrea has been working in HR as a recruiter, consultant, project manager and team leader since 2005. She has participated in the development, preparation and implementation of hundreds of projects focused on diagnostics and development of individuals and entire teams.
She is developing relationships with clients and then is a partner for them in solving their needs.
Her strength is the ability to manage projects, including the coordination of an internal or external team of implementers (e.g., long-term leadership or talent programs, implementation of soft skills solutions, diagnostic programs such as 360 ° feedback, employee surveys, development and assessment centers, including other follow-up activities).

Simona successfully finished law school despite always having passion to work in the department of human resources. Especially Recruitment. Previously she was working as a clerk in the communication, marketing and culture department where she developed skills with mass media. She also participated in press conferences and part of her responsibility was to create content for social networks.
Now she decided to improve her skills and become Talent sourcer and also take care of the promotion of Arthur Hunt on social media.Simona úspešne vystudovala na právnické fakultě přes to měla vždy vášeň pro práci v oddělení lidských zdrojů. Zejména v recruitingu. Dříve pracovala jako referentka v oddělení komunikace, marketingu a kultury, kde rozvíjela dovednosti s masmédii. Účastnila se také tiskových konferencí a součástí její prace było taky vytvářet obsah pro sociální sítě. Nyní se rozhodla zlepšit své dovednosti, stát se Recruiterem a také se postarat o propagaci firmy Arthur Hunt na sociálních sítich

Michaela v současné době studuje magisterský stupeň v oboru Sociologie, veřejná správa a politika na Univerzitě Karlově v Praze. Hovoří plynně česky a anglicky a ovládá základy japonštiny. Michaela také provozuje vlastní taneční školu s přibližně 30 studenty a má více než 7 let zkušeností s výukou tance. Její obrovskou předností je laskavost a vůle dokončit vše, na čem začne pracovat.
Michaela is currently studying master’s degree in Sociology, public, and policy at Charles University in Prague. She speaks fluent Czech and English and is able to use basic Japanese. Michaela also runs her own dance school with about 30 students and has over 7 years of dance teaching experience. A huge advantage of hers is kindness and the will to complete everything she starts to work on.
