Laurent joined Arthur Hunt as Senior Consultant, he specializes in Talent, Leadership and Business Development. Laurent has 20 years of experience in Machinery Industry. He started as an operator on an assembly line in France and Germany (Gregoire), quickly advanced to aftersales service and training of technicians (Manitou). As Platform Marketing Manager (FIAT headquarter in Turin) he merged several brands and teams across Europe and North America. Later, he became Business Director at Bobcat Doosan where he created and managed a training center in CZ for EAME & Russian distributor`s staff. In 2018, he founded the "International Association for Managers - Potential" in Prague. Laurent has a degree in Engineering in agriculture & food transformation (France - Erasmus in Spain) and is entitled "High Performance Team - Deep Coach" from Erickson Coaching International.
Filip works in Executive Recruitment since 2016 and specialises in leading Search strategy on Senior and Mid-Senior projects across EMEA region. His track record includes successful placements of General Managers and Director level roles (Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance etc.). His industry experience is focused on Consumer, Healthcare and Manufacturing sectors.
Filip studied Humanities at Charles University in Prague, he speaks native Czech and fluent English.

Katarína joined our Prague-based team in December 2020 as a Leadership, Talent and Transformation Consultant with her 21 years of professional experience in management training, coaching, competency modelling, facilitating strategic or problem-solving workshops from bottom to Board levels of organizations.
She is responsible for identifying and responding to leadership and transformation needs of clients – let them be companies, their teams or individual professionals. She has supported clients in various countries of Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. She has experience with diverse industries, such as automotive, banking, building, energy, FMCG, logistics or IT as well as diverse cultures. Katarína leads her clients from initial assessments, psychodiagnostics, through co-creation of the solution with the client, its implementation and follow-up. These solutions range from a single service for an individual to complex long term development and transformation solutions for whole companies. She can also support your Onboarding or Outplacement Process, Assessment and Development Centres, Training of trainers and/or Facilitators.
Katarína has a Master’s degree from UK in Bratislava and Prague and is multilingual – in addition to her native Slovak and Hungarian she speaks fluent Czech, English, and some Russian and German.

In his professional career, he has focused on renewables, purchasing, logistics and finance. He has over 5 years experience in teaching foreign languages. At Arthur Hunt, he is responsible for leading the research strategy and execution.
