His knowledge of the social and political issues that companies face in relation to human resources and employee relations gives him a privileged role with major international companies, as regards both the optimisation of their operations in Western Europe and their development in Central Europe. He also assists large public sector bodies.

His took his first International job as HR Director Europe for the vending business based in the UK. PepsiCo hired him to lead the integration of Biscuiterie Nantaise. Thanks to all these experiences he was offered the position of EVP HR for Club Med to ensure the turn over of the Company.
He then started a career in consulting first as CEO of DBM ( US based leading company in outplacement and assessment) and then joined Russell Reynolds Associates to be a part of the global Consumer goods team.
Laurent joined Arthur Hunt after a LBO experience where he demonstrated his entrepreneur taste.

Jean-Charles has joined Arthur Hunt Group in 2015, located in Paris. He is currently responsible for coordinating Arthur Hunt Group Talent Management Practice.
Jean-Charles is active as Talent manager consultant from 2008. He takes in charge design and project management of large scale assessment and development centre projects in the public and in the private sector on an international level.
