Dorota is the Managing Partner of the Polish office in Warsaw. She has over 20 years of experience on managerial positions within local and multinational companies. Her background is in marketing, market strategies, sales and business development with strong focus on transformation outsourcing and Cloud.
Dorota has supported many organizations and leaders to grow their teams and business. She has proven track record in executive coaching, career transformation projects, leadership assessments and development programs. She accomplishes senior level assignments within all sectors.
Dorota graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) on marketing and strategies faculty as well as completed after diploma study in coaching at SWPS University of Social Science and Humanities. She is certified coach and mentor at the John Maxwell Team (international organization on leadership) and trainer on Rational Behavior Therapy (RTZ – Racjonalna Terapia Zachowań).

Katarzyna joined Arthur Hunt in Poland in 2017, prior to this she has got over 13 years of experience in executive search which she has gained in Amrop Poland. Her major expertise lies in supporting Clients’ businesses by recruitment of candidates for top and middle management positions for local, as well as regional, functions. As Senior Consultant she has completed assignments in nearly all sectors, having developed particularly strong experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction & Real Estate, Financial Services sectors performing searches for general management, financial, operations, sales and marketing functions.
Katarzyna has also got experiences in managing advisory projects based on management audits and in assessments of employees’ competencies and development potential. She is an expert in assessment of senior staff and has successfully managed numerous, significant management audit projects for Polish and international clients. She is certified in performing job competency tests by three leading global providers of psychometric and has experience in using various competency assessment tools.
