This highly competitive sector is comprised of a number of major international companies (Publicis, Omnicom, WPP, Interpublic, Havas) and a multitude of independent agencies.
Digitisation of the industry, emergence of big data, programmatic buying, the threat of the web giants - the world of communication is seeing its reference points thrown up in the air. These are all factors that need to be taken into account in order to refine a cross-disciplinary communication strategy that benefits the consumer/citizen.
In this context, we help advertisers and agencies to successfully manage the transformations they undergo. We enable them to surround themselves with individuals who are able to provide high-level consulting and to think differently, unconventionally or from a fresh, unhindered perspective.
Our consultants, who are experts in the field of media and communication, help our customers strengthen their teams with communicators able to assist the company, brands and products through their various challenges (development, reputation, protection).
We can support advertisers and agencies in their international recruitment projects thanks to the international dimension of the Arthur Hunt Group and our membership of the API network.

Recruitment of an associate director for a corporate agency
A generalist corporate agency, a subsidiary of a large group, needed to strengthen its capabilities in terms of digital communication strategy consulting for its key account customers. Its internal staff had profiles that were too technical, or they were not experienced enough, to fulfil this requirement. Our consultant, a communications expert, assisted them with their recruitment project, beginning by identifying the target profile. In addition to the required skills in digital strategies, the candidate needed to offer strong consulting experience, have worked with international customer accounts and show leadership. The consultant targeted her search on pure player agencies, more generalist companies but with digital departments or specialists. The chosen candidate was selected from a renowned advertising agency. He wished to further his career and become a member of the management committee, lead digitisation projects and expand his field of activity to include other areas of communication in addition to advertising.

Our consultant proposed a tailored approach. The required professional corporate communication skills (media relations, brand, internal communication, editorial communication, institutional relations, etc.) were validated. The candidate put forward by our expert and selected by the customer is able, in addition to the professional skills base above, to support the senior management's plans, present recommendations to the executive committee and obtain employees' commitment to the change.
